How does plan capacity work as my fleet grows?
Plans are sized by your fleet. Starter includes 5 vehicles and is scalable up to 15; Professional includes 20 and is scalable up to 50. Each additional vehicle raises your included users, students, and drivers by a set amount, so your allowances grow with your fleet. On Starter your route allowance grows too; on Professional routes are already unlimited, so there is nothing to add. Need more than your plan's maximum? Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the new features are available immediately and billing is prorated through Stripe. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can start on our 14-day Free Trial plan with full access to features and no credit card required, so you can explore the platform before choosing a paid plan.
What happens if I reach my plan limits?
Plan limits are enforced, so once you reach a limit you'll need to free up capacity or move to a plan that fits. We'll surface where you are against your limits so you can upgrade or add vehicle capacity before it gets in the way. Get in touch any time and we'll help you right-size your plan.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes, annual billing is available at about 20% off the monthly price. You can choose annual billing during signup, and Enterprise plans are typically billed annually.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Enterprise billing is arranged with our sales team.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees for Starter and Professional plans. Enterprise plans include custom onboarding which may involve implementation services — pricing is discussed during the sales process.
